No Returns – Exchange Only Policy

At LumiVita Allure, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any items.

However, we do accept exchanges only under the following condition:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo evidence of the damage. This helps us validate the issue and process your request efficiently.

How to Request an Exchange

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged item (must include packaging if relevant)

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) and arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or wear and tear after delivery

  • All items must be unworn and unused to qualify for exchange

  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged upon arrival

  • LumiVita Allure is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused after delivery
